Individual Art Psychotherapy, or one-to-one sessions, enables us to work closely together on a therapeutic process that is tailored to support your mental health needs.
It usually takes place once a week, at a fixed time.
After the initial assessment, we will usually arrange to meet for a period of anywhere between 1 to 4 sessions, depending on your needs, to explore if art therapy is helpful to you at this time in your life.
Please be assured that I will always be honest if I feel that you may benefit more from other therapy approaches. Likewise, in ending our therapy, if we have come to the point where you are ready to move on with your life, I will not continue working with you unnecessarily.
We will work collaboratively together to help you bring about the changes you want to experience.
